In the event of credit card fraud and similar defaulted payments, the credit card related information shall be used for collection related purposes.

Credit card information sent to use via our web site is transferred and transmitted via secure server software that provides industry standard encryption. Other information that you send via standard email will not be subjected to this high level of encryption so we advise you accordingly that you should never submit sensitive personal information such as credit card numbers and so forth via standard email to us.

Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by sending an e-mail to team@junkio.com. Once Junkio has finished processing the cancellation, Junkio will delete all your Registration Data from its database.

Our clients implement our Active Chat application on their website. We may collect personal information about their users “End Users” on behalf of our clients such as email, phone number and first and last name. We do not use this data for any other purposes than as defined in our relationship with our clients.

We use other third parties to provide screen sharing and click to call services via our Active Chat application. When you sign up for these services, we will share your personal information as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
